Due to the rapidly changing marine industry it is imperative to rely on a company that is able to provide the most up to date information. It is company policy for all employees to attend training and information seminars so as to stay abreast of these changes. Also as we maintain a close working relationship with local and international authorities we are kept up to date with the latest technical regulations.
OYD holds accreditation with Maritime Safety Queensland in the areas of design & surveying for steel, aluminium and fibreglass construction, including machinery, stability, safety equipment, Loadline and MARPOL compliance. OYD is also a member of the Marine Surveyors Association, Royal Institute of Naval Architects and Marine QLD.
